Anyone tried paella????? I absolutley loved it when visiting Spain and have tried it several times here making it in NY....but it's nothing like the open fire cooked paella I experienced in Spain.
Or have you tried Calcots?????? Leeks cooked on a fire and the pulling off of the panties (pulling the roots off the onion) in order to dunk the leek into a sauce that was out of this world!!!! |
