i dont take any unless i feel a cold coming on then ill take vitamin c and echinasea.
i saw a programme saying vitmains can cause diseases if you take to much. |

I'm anemic and I used to take an iron supplement, but since I got thyroid disease I have to take those pills and nothing else before or after that so I've stopped taking them. I try to eat better/ eat more iron because of it.

Super food......every day What is the source of your vitamins......check it out...if you can find that info.....that is what will kill you......diseased animal parts...toxic fish oils....chemical plant by products..... |

i take 2500 miligrams of vitamin c a night thats way to high, you shouldnt take above 1000mg, it wont do you any favours because your body wont need all that, and you simply will wee it out, so your wasting your money. |

vitamin c everyday they did a survey, and they said vitamin c doesnt actually work. echinasea is much better. |

I take GNC's Women's Ultra Mega vitamins daily...fish oil...and regular vitamin C (since the mega vitamins contains 200mg).

if it's local...no preservatives......it's loaded with b-complex vitamins....reduces stress....can actually boost your immune system......only now are studies being conducted on the benefits of beer....very surprising to most...but not me...been drinking beer for 35 years...
