If life were fair, everyone would love their job, because they would be automatically trained for the job they were meant to have as soon as they were old enough. This would in turn make for a better world because no one would be bitter over being stuck in a dead-end job that they hated, so no one would go postal. They would be nicer to everyone around them and love waking up every day to go to work.
