they have no right.its called a keylogger program 
Do a scan through your registry with some sort of free spyware checking program, also do a search for Trend Micro Housecall on Google (or any search engine). Keyloggers are not good programs to have on a computer, they collect everything that is typed on the computer and place it in a time format (ie. passwords, account numbers, email accounts, websites, forum posts)...very nasty program, get rid of it immediatly.

someone went into my personal emails and i'm quite pissy about it.i.I have no privacy. I don't give my passwords out .sorry just needed to vent about it and no it wasn't on here.
