Yeah when i was in the military i got into it.....Bad...i got home and joined some local bar fights....all where legit fights not the drunkin ones.......good times. Nothing Like getting your @ss kicked or Kickin some @ss on a saturday night.

I love MMA. I love Pride Fighting Championships far more than UFC. (Too bad UFC bought them).
If you get some fights look for Pride's boxed sets. I think its like 1-5, 6-12 something like that. It costs less than 20 bucks and Sakuraba is magnificent. That is the real MMA where the artistry takes over not this pounding with the elbow so they bleed. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is about holds not about striking. That is my favorite. |

There is one move where you hold your legs around there's from behind and lock your ankles. Put your arm under their neck and hold onto one of their arms so it is over their head. You then stretch out so their body is fully extended. You take one hand and start tickling their armpit. Works every time! |

Get this DVD set on eBay:
PRIDE Grand Prix 2000 Finals Best match I have ever seen: Royce Gracie vs. Kazushi Sakuraba The rules were modified for this bout so that the number of rounds was unlimited and there were no referee stoppages. I have never seen a match stopped in the way this one was. You will see the mind of two MMA masters as they try to outdo one another. Brilliant. |
