Yes.....move on.....find a new yard to kill! Ive thought about this and the thing is.....the prices have tripled in the last 2 years.....Id be looking at a bigger mortgage!!! I dont know if I like home ownership......if things go wrong like the hot water heater going, which it did after 3 weeks of owning, then its out of my pocket!!! But if I rent......its like $1200 a month and no pets/smoking etc.....so Im screwed no matter what I do!!!

yay!!! starts jumping up an down all excited and starts pluggin tampons up her nose an in her ears and making a tampon necklace OMG !!!!THE CRAFTS I COULD DO WITH ALL OF THESE!!!! beaded curtains ,absorbant rugs ......etc......
