Find new things to do, rent a bunch o comedies (i recommend Tommy Boy) roller coasters, reading a cool book (not a sad one tho)if its a physiological/clinical depression, you MUST get professional help, look up services in your area. ...And sex with an Englishman. I think I'll take the latter lol. |

Maybe try to identify what is making you sad or bothering you. Break it down and than try to let is go. Also, getting out may help you.

I always treat depressing thoughts (negativity) as an unwanted guest in my head and I politely show it the door and think of something nice. No dwelling allowed!

If you are suffering from severe depression, then medication IS needed. It really helps! But as far as something mild, just about anything positive you can think of to do, DO IT!!!
Walking, talking to someone, warm baths, exercising, reading. Exercising is the best way to relieve any kind of stress. Hope you feel better soon, just remember you aren't the only one out there suffering |

See a psychotherapist and a psychiatrist for a consultation. Use positive affirmations. Get enough sleep and rest. Eat right. Cut back on sugar. Talk to a friend. Watch comedies. Take up gardening or painting. |

It can change brain chemistry to make you depressed when you weren't before. |
