okay red you dont need proof, myspace records isps and the police will take it from there.
you seem to think this is a joke but a woman in NH was harassed via e-mail a couple years back and then the guy showed up at her work and blew her away.Back then there were no laws on the books but there are now.report it.

That's JUST what that housewife in Missouri thought until MySpace and the authorities went through the post logs and found her out.

It's like the saying goes- if you've typed ANYTHING out in the Internet, you WILL be found out.

That's called a cyber-bully. Delete your profile.

So true. And if memory serves me correctly MySpace is taking steps to prevent this. Contact MySpace, they can find out who it is and take the appropriate action.

Not on MySpace. But would start with customer service or member support.

I would try the contact us button on myspace and also print out the posts and show them to the police.

This is from the AP story regarding the Missouri housewife.

"Prosecutors argue that to access MySpace's servers, Drew first had to sign up for the service, which meant providing her name and date of birth and agreeing to abide by the site's terms of service. Those terms bar false registration information, solicitation of personal information from anyone under 18 and use of any information gathered from the Web site to "harass, abuse, or harm another person."
