1 cup bourbon
1 cup soy sauce
3 tbsn Asian (dark) sesame oil
2 tbsn sugar
1 tbsn minced peeled fresh ginger
1 beefsteak 2 pound, cut from the top or bottom round salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsn salted butter
You'll also need wood chucks to cook over the flame so they are wood cookeddrinker drinker drinker :smile:
