Yes considering lifestyle change but not with an existing relationship it would be a new relationship. Children would be involved.

Actually the cards mentioned a new or existing relationship but when I don't know if you are currently involved or not it is hard to tell whether the relationship is new or already an existing one. So I just took a guess.
