Are you suffering from intense anxiety? You may have a sense of impending doom. Whether you like it or not, things at work must change. If you are a manager you will downsize your operation by terminating employees and cutting down spending. (If you are not the manager, maybe you will be fired.) Let me know if this is close. As a manager,or business owner you feel if you want it down right you have to do it yourself. You take on too much and tend to get burned out, but you can handle the responsibility, but it destroys your creativity. Creativity rules the world and is where your money will be made. You must learn to free yourself from trying to do it all and let your creative juices start flowing again. Learn to trust and delegate some of the little things that others can handle to give yourself free time. These are the things that should change.
