I basically ignore people who are rude to me. If you react to it and do the same, then you put yourself right down to their level and be no better than they are.

yep,, and when i get quiet they tend to leave me alone,, wonder why?

depends i might kill them with kindness just to get on their nerves but if they really tick me off i'll tell them how it is but try not to cuss

People who are rude have little if any consideration for others IMO. I don't have time for people like that in my life.

This guy with a bell, collection bucket and red hat outside of Target kept rudely nagging me for money last X-Mas. I totally told him to get away from me. RUDE
