No liver for me. Had it once, and that was enough. I especially didn't like the sand-like aftertaste after chewing on it- too nasty for me. Then it wasn't cooked right. It's supposed to be tender. |

It depends on who's cooking it. If it's me, then yes...with balsamic mustard sauce and spinach salad with red onions and raspberry dressing. Perfect! That sounds different. I do love a good spinach salad. I really like spinach salad with artichoke dressing. Don't laugh on this one. (you will) Every year my mom will make me whatever dinner that I want for my birthday. I always say her fried beef liver and creamed spinach. I do. |

Love it. I go to the resteraunt down the street from me and order it there all the time,breaded liver, onions, and gravey, with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. So good.
