Butterfinger cookies

(These REALLY tastes like a butterfinger candy bar and are so easy to make)

Big box of the BIG size cheese nip crackers
Peanut butter
Almond Bark (chocolate flavor-not white)
Almond bark white (Optional to drizzle on top of dark chocolate)

lay out wax paper on counter
make peanut butter cracker with the nips and peanut butter
Melt bark in microwave...careful not to burn...check and stir often
dip each peanut butter cracker into the chocolate until coated
cool on wax paper
melt white bark in plastic baggy (careful not to get too hot to melt bag)
cut hole in corner and squeeze a pretty drizzle on each cookie
allow to cool and put in air tight container and enjoy!!!
