Corn Puddin'
I roll of frozen creamed corn (or you can use 2 cans) 1 can of shoepeg corn drained half stick butter melted 1 egg 8oz sour cream 3/4 box jiffy corn muffin mix (dry mix only) 1Tbl spoon sugar salt and pepper to taste Mix all together and pour into sprayed casserole dish Bake about 350 degree until top is browned. Let sit a little bit before serving. Goes great with HAM, Pork chops, Fried fish YUMMMM!
