Good book. I just finished T is for Trespass. I started another one, but honestly I read so much I rarely pay attention anymore.

It is a crime thriller about a pediatrician and part time pathologist who finds a dead baby in the bathroom of a roller rink....

is that by oh I think his name is James Patterson? I may have my authors confused.

The alphabet crime books are by Sue Grafton, this I know. The other book is not a Patterson one, as I've read all his stuff. Unless new books come out by my favorite authors, Janet Evanovich, Robin Cook, Anne Rice, Michael Connelly, Dan Brown, Woods, Clark, Johansen, Roberts.... ugh I can go on for a few pages. But unless new books come out I will read anything that doesn't seem british by the jacket info.

And once in awhile I'll read a Koontz or Steele book... embarassed

Ughh. I made a bad guess on the author lol. I have read a couple of the alphabet crime books by her.
I love James Patterson, John Saul, some Anne Rice, Nora Roberts aka JD Robb and yes, there are a ton more.
I do admit to not being a Stephen King fan. I've only read two of his I liked. One was Pet Cemetary and the other was Bag of Bones.
I read anything as long its got a good story line. True or fictional.

laugh lol.. I hear ya! I am terrible though. If something comes out by one of my favorite authors I have to buy it! I learned to NEVER go into a book store with my bank card!

Me and a few of my friends buy our own books and pass them around. Its funny when two of us want to read the same book. It's almost like a tug of war. Me first! no Me first!

Ohhh I don't buy books. I read one every three or four days. I'd go broke. I am a library gal all the way.

I did ask for Lexy Lexicon's book for my birthday.

Gunslinger series? Hmm. Ok, lol. I will look into them and see. Hopefully your righthappy

As for buying them. Yes. I buy them read them, pack them up and then reread them later. A few years ago my sister was collecting things. They were doing a sale to benefit Paws ( an animal group ) in her area. I donated over 900 books and I think that I am getting close to that number again. I donate them after a while to the libraries, also the womens auxillary at the hospital.

oh there are some that once you have read them you cant re-read them. Especially the ones that have a twist at the end you didn't expect. I LOVE books like that.

my ex used to love to read similar things that i did so we always had "reading time" and we would take turns each night reading to each other out of the same book...was kinda cool

yeah i will read to my son but reading to my wife just sounds weird

it was actually fun really...at first a bit strange, but then we would fight over who got to read that night lol
