Topic: Hold On Me

Why do I let you have power over me? You are not even within arms length of me and your actions and inactions affect me. I am a grown women yet you have a hold on me. Is it just because I am like a little child that just wants to be loved. But I don't need your love to survive in my life. I will be meditating on breaking the chains that you casted on me. I will no longer let your words affect me. You will no longer have a hold on me. tanya 5-12-2008

Very nice prose, very sad situation...... coming to a realization, and taking action should be celebrated, and not focus on the negative!
