OMG! I have curly hair that had never been shorter than my shoulders at it's shortest....until....some guy got clip happy on me and gave me 1-5 inch layers all over my head. Now, for anyone who understands the nature of natural curl...you know that the shorter the hair, the springier the locks. To make matters worse, I pick up red streaks in my hair in the summer sun. The end result was a summer spent looking like Bonzo the freaking clown! Thank God my hair grows with amazing speed!

My hair is not spiral like yours but still curly. Any shorter I would have looked like I put my finger in a light socket. And had an afro. There is a reason I keep my hair long.

Yesterday I got my hair cut. I really only wanted a trim, as my hair WAS down to my a$$. I only wanted an inch taken off and little trim to take off the dead ends. Well the guy went cut happy and cut off almost a foot of my hair. My once long hair, now only goes to the middle of my back. I cried. My hair was the one thing I took pride in. I have spent countless of hours looking for new styles, better hair care products, and even the purfect brushes to halp with the smoothness of and shine of it. And then it gets butchard.

Have any of you ever got a really bad hair cut?
