I'm not getting notification of JSH communications in my regular email anymore. I've updated my preferences and still no luck. Any ideas?

My e-mail notifications are showing up under oneplusyou,under the new sites name.

I'm not getting any at all. The problem is my email notification gong works off my regular email so when I'm away from my desk I don't know any new mails have come in.
PS. I hadn't heard anything about a name change. ? |

danielrr4, if the problem persists, have you checked to make sure that our emails are not getting caught in your junk/spam mailbox?

I have a message in red across the top of my account page saying my e-mail address appears wrong. i keep reentering it and it says it was updated. the message is still there and i have no notification of having any mail from JSH. don't want to change my e-mail address, the one thats listed is correct. HELP i want my notifications !!!! bonniebelle |

bonniebelle, make sure that your email account is working and that your mailbox is not full. For some reason, the validation email that we are sending to you must be getting bounced back to us.
