I had 18 gawjus red roses delivered to me yesterday ... and that's from my oldest daughter in Conn. They are in my living room and on my vanity in the bedroom .. I LOVE roses!!

My other 4 will celebrate next Sunday instead, due to one son having a prior engagement this weekend.

I lost my mom @ 18., but I sent my stepmom a mug, devotional book, cd and pen/journal.

What's everyone else doing? or had done already .. or whatevaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

I'll send her some prezzies though and loads of bouquets.

I lost my Mom when I was 14. When my sister was alive I used to get her gifts and take her out for her choice of either breakfast, luncheon or dinner......guess I'll have to adopt another Mom to share Mom's day with

Awww Fade that's great. I love roses to, I am still thinking of what to get my mom. Me and the kids will spend the day with her.

I lost my mom 11 years ago... I miss her...

I got my daughters grandmother (mother-in-law) a mug with her pictures on it, I will take her over there after our day together.

I always get my sister-in-law flowers, she's the mother of my second favorite kid.

I'm getting her a watch and a necklace

I can't begin to say how much I've missed my mom .. over the years, marriage, 4 more kids born, the joys and sorrows of life..it's overwhelming with out a mommy.

Sadly my stepmom was never close during the 25 years she was married to daddy after mom died, but now that he's gone she is great with all of us girls. I think she was jealous of the father/daughter closeness we used to have ...

i'm flat broke, so cant buy anything for my mom this year

My Mom passed away nearly 2 years ago. So, no more celebrating her and getting something for her. Feels weird still.

She will LOVE that! All they really want is our time

my mom lost her mom when she was 15, she buys her a card every year and puts it on her grave, same thing with her dad on fathers day

I agree .. my kids always ask me what I want and I always say the same thing. I just love being with them. Course we are always anyway. The joys of having them still younger and living with me
