I've been charging it all night and now came the time to activate. Nope. I received an error saying my account doesn't exist. I tried to create an account and it gave me a message saying the new temp password was sent to my phone.
Yup it sent it to the phone that isn't activated.  Oh well too late to talk to anyone tonight anyways. Even support is not there to hold my hand through this trying time. |

 Now that it works, check out the section called "Get it Now" Then go to the folder marked "Extras" and get VZ Navigator, you can download a free trial, or pay $10.00 a month to use it, I used it all the time, and it is very accurate. If you get the card reader, and a memory card for your phone, you can drag and drop mp3's into your "my music" folder. And movies in 3gp format into your "my flicks" folder. |

I may have that plan already. It has something where I can surf the internet and listen to music videos. I am going to check into the MP3s too. I know it needs a bigger memory card. They have a new service where you can watch TV on it too but I didn't get that. I don't think it's in my area yet. It's a nice phone. Someone told me about it and said it was better than the iPhone. Looking at it I'd have to agree. If only I can figure out what all the buttons do. That's part of the fun though! You definitely know your stuff. That was awesome! Have a good one! |

& I had AT&T asking me if the phone worked off speaker before my daughter dropped it & her horse kicked it???  Glad you got it handled!!
