I think you have to go thru all the stages of the grieving process, denial, anger etc. Only after you have come to accept the "death" of a relationship are you ready to move on to the next. JMO

Just talking about it seems to help, and that gives you time to heal. Soon enough, you have to get off the pitty wagon and put it out there for someone to find you!
