What to do, really!! I want to still have a friendship with this guy that I met on here, and dated for a "brief" time, he is on my list! My problem is, I still love him so much! Every time we talk, it hurts!

I feel your pain! I work with the one I want to be with and can't. See him every day & have to work with him directly. If you truly feel you made the right decision, then go with it. It's hard to do, but it'll get better - or so they say.

Maybe you should not talk to him for awhile & just give it time
