I make mean pot roast. Definitely melt in your mouth with gravy and mashed potatoes.
But tonight we are having ham and veggie omelettes and roasted parsley potatoes, and salad.

i didn't think anyone heard of that pie before...my all time favorite.....want to get married???? Seafood stuffed salmon, asparagus with white cheese sauce, roasted rosemary potatoes, wheat rolls and strawberry rhubarb pie.  Grammy's recipe too. Yummmmmmy!
