It's true , tons more locals on that site & a ton of fake profiles & people looking to cheat on their partners. I found it to be a waste of time, seems to be very high standards(Might just be my state) I've had quite a few married men message me on that site. Ditto....got the heck out of there real fast. 
...and the forums here have SO many nice people as compared to the nasties on POF.
