My thoughts: Not really, because even though I may have a good education, I think my life lessons serve me better. |

Oh heck no....I work with Professors and I have a mere MBA. For the most part, the Profs are intimidated by me.
 It's all in how you handle yourself

 Some of the smartest people Ive known didnt receive their education through conventional methods.....they actually lived it.

Nope, I am drawn to it for the thirst for knowledge but intimidated, no. Book knowledge by no means make someone smart, without common sense the book knowledge is wasted.

i know this person who has a phd so they think automaticly assume they can beat anyone at board games cause theyre so smart

my friend is clever in education and life..it was me who had the prob...was in my twenties and still getting my confidence..but now i feel i can hold my own

I have a friend who is soooooooo highly educated but life stupid......IQ, EQ, whatever.......Is she smarter than any of us??? Bookwise probably......lifewise a total disaster.

Not because of their education, but I have been intimidated by someones intelligence before...as in I would never dare to debate with them.

I had a roomate in college who got a full ride scholarship for her masters, this was the same girl who left the doors wide open and the flame to the gas stove on when she left the house.
The same girl who couldn't understand why bug spray couldn't be used on clean dishes and then eaten off of. The same girl who couldn't understand why her car stopped running when she used her last $3 for Taco Bell instead of gas. This woman is a Dr. now..... of psychology.. Go figure. |
