Uh huh... yeah sure. Clear your inbox. Your strike is set to go on Wednesday? That's not good at all. "Probable" isn't the same as "definite", as the former implies that there's still a chance of a fair settlement. Take the potential strike I might have to deal with next month. The actors are set to go on the picket line some time in the next couple of weeks, which is gonna put EVERYBODY in the film/TV business here out of work. And the WORST part is that there's no "probable" or "kinda-sorta-maybe" about it, either- the malicious rhetoric has been getting more and more heated as we come closer to their strike deadline, which means that a strike is "pretty dern definite". Hopefully a last-minute resolution to your problem will some about. |

When we got hit by the Writer's strike, they called it on a Friday, which means that no one had a chance to collect a partial week's pay. |
