I bought a dvd months ago.... worked my way slowly through the positions... there was still one that i had a hard time with...some kind of bent leg in front, spilts leg in the back lean forward thingy....omg.... even if my butt was skinny i dont think that i could do it right... but i know is more about the breathing! |
