Take the measurement of your waist. You can suck it in a little if you'ld like. Double the number of inches of your waist. Compare that to how tall you are. For example: I am 5' 10" = 70" My waist is 32 inches. I am not overweight.

Im 6 ft 2 and I have a 32 inch waist, im toned , with like 14 percent body fat, so im on the border but I work out enough to keep it down.

lol ive been overweight since i was 13, iam 5'4 and have never been 120 but after you hear it for 18 years you stop worrying about it, although now everyone worries about my daughter she 6 years old 47 pounds and 52 inches tall
