I feel like that most of the time.... and everyone's "cheer up" and "it will pass" makes me feel bad.... there are those of us who cannot just shake it off, "deal with it", or 'suck it up'.....in my case its chemical, and it's not my fault that I can't just get past it or through it. It sounds like you have a similar situation....... it's great to hear wonderful, sweet encouragement, but for some of us, it just isn't that simple. Especially if you can't remember...... I feel for you
