Thing just dont seem to feel any better....I really am trying not to give in... Its depperessing coming home...its depperessing going to school and work...it justs doesnt seem right... Something is wrong...and I dont know what it is...

Hello Tender Bastet and GodFather ^^ I have talked to a professionla for many years...but I was never able to put in words what I was feeling and what I did and did not understand, I was young and didnt cared much of what they thought or had to say but I see now that this it not something I can do on my own... I feel as if I failed by going to a professional...

so...if you had diabetes...would you feel a failure for needing help or medication?? That's absolutely correct... Depression can be caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. Meds can really help.

I do have an imbalance, they told me I did a long time ago... A failure because I couldnt do it on my own...
