it depends on the type of things, and whether or not they need replacing! I don't hold on to things just to have them but I also try not to buy new things that just result in clutter..

I think it is great that people save and take care of what they already have New and improved is not always better....... It says alot about a person who values and takes care of things than someone who always disregaurds the old and replaces it with new.........
