Umm I am gonna be honest it is not sex..lol..that actually is good to get me tired..nice and exhausted..hehehe... What motivates me is a nice hot shower..and the smell of a fresh pot of coffee.. I have to agree. Great way to end a long day though.

I have to admit that a strong shot of "endorphins" first thing in the morning keeps me going all day, and with a smile on my face too! After that, giving up coffee is easy!
