ok,so i live in southern cali.and everybody thinks that its just such a nice place and everything.cuz i dunno,i guess thats how sum ppl perceive california.but the most annoying thing bout cali is that its nearly impossible to find a bf/gf here.at least 4 me.everybody just seems like they're into their own thing.and nobody seems interested in wantin to date me.and,i dunno if its the way i look or what.and i guess wat im tryna say is that im sick of the heartbreak of online/long distance relationships.they just simply dont work.they r truly sumthin that ppl settle 4 when they cant find a date in their own state.i mean,dont get me wrong..im not puttin down online relationships.they work 4 sum ppl and i was in a one year long one.but,my question is..why is it so hard 4 me to find a boy or girl(im bi)in california??is it always gonna be this way where i'll have to end up movin 4 sumone i love??this is also kind of an open invitation 4 anybody around my age from cali that wants to talk to me,lol.

Honey..your only 18!! You don't need anyone right now at that age..Go out have fun,live your life! Things will fall into place for you when they are supposed to..and no sooner...just keep your mind and heart open..and you will do just fine. Don't try so hard and you will see how things will fall naturally into place for you.

I don't think the problems you're encountering are unique to Southern California. It's difficult to meet people everywhere.

I think you shouldn't focus so much on having a boyfriend or girlfriend. It's OK to be single. Become confident in the person you are and enjoy life!

But as pretty as you are , u should be happy ur single

hun your 18 years old..im 39 it took me 9 years as a single mum to meet the nice guy im seeing now, at 18 i was single out and about having fun, i have learnt at my ripe old age lol to enjoy life be happy and dont wait for it to come to you go out and grab life and remember that you have plenty of time, surround yourself with friends and take up new things.
