I think I would wait around... To easy to get sued leaving the scene, no matter what good excuse you have.
But, if I had to leave a note... I would explain that another car bumped from behind, and smacked me into there's.... but, unfortunately, the other driver took off... I'm going after em tho... And, if I manage to find him, I'll bring em back.

I'd sue the bastard for parking there because then I wouldn't have damaged my beloved Acura.

Lol.. I think if you hit it bad enough,
you might as well break the window, and release the parking break before anyone shows up... Leave a note telling them that their car rolled into yours, and they need to give you a call... as you have their plate #, etc... heee heee. |
