((((Fire)))) yes, they said it could take 2-10 days for the medication to work it's way through but the biggest thing for 12-48 hours would be the irritation of the nerves so to rest the weekend.. I can't even sit up in a chair for more than 5 min..  but hoping the end result means working out again and being able to bend over without pain

Is there no way for them to ever fix it? My sister had a crushed disk that they were able to repair or at least deaden a lot of the nerves to the area so she wasn't in constant pain? They said that until all of the liquid leaks out which will come with age as it happens to all of us.. difference is mine is leaking with age it disapates... But other than I guess fusing it there is no way and he doesn't want to go that drastic "if" I can live with it.. Apparently I have a high tolerance to pain so living with it for now anyway... I'll give it one more year and if it's still this way then I'll have them fuse it b/c up well I like doing things too much... Can't even bend over without being really careful and possibly sharp pains.. heck I don't even have to been over the leakage causes my leg (one at differnt times) to go numb.. But better than nov.-dec. I couldn't walk for a whole month without doing it crunched over and I went to work every day that was a biotch... lol
 I'm a nude male house cleaner at a good bargain! I give one heck of a hardcore cleaning too!!!

oh hon you've been busy... it was routine the epidural I mean and the other stuff I nixed yesterday.. it will all be good in another day..
