Crying is good not bad...let it out. crying pisses me off...makes me feel weak because i never cry. even my daughter freaked today because she has seen me cry twice in her 20 years. for some reason im just not handling this very well

My boys are very protective and freak out if they see me upset.. It is rare and I always try to keep it to myself if it happens.. But no matter what each of us feels for ourselves. the truth is we are no weak, crying doesn't mean we're weak.. It means we feel, it means we hurt, it means we're human.. It's not like we do it every single day over every thing.. that is weak.. that is not us!
