Asia has its Balut - boiled duck fetus and India has its similar dish but it is a fetus of a goat boiled in a broth...

Would you or Could you ever indulge in such a feast??

What is the furthest you have gone to eating something so out there as some would say?

I've eaten live octopus in I was in South Korea a number of years ago. I've also eaten giant sea turtle in Panama about four years ago. I've also eaten alligator in Panama and in New Orleans a number of times.

But that's about it, though.

Does caviar count? Or hell even eggs...chicken fetus. We dont really think of it that way, until you get an older one and crack an egg to find an eye, feathers and some blood. It was gross let me just tell you. I never make eggs without examining them for any sign of life.

Yeah I am talking about days before due to hatch type of eggs. The ones when you crack it up to eat your sucking the embryonic fluid and blood out then chomping on the skeletal structures and feathers of an unborn chick.

I questioned several times traveling in Europe along the countryside, noticing there were no cows...anywhere.

I later discovered we were eating game. I puked. Since then, when I traveled, I stick to salads and the basics that I know.

I am not a good traveler in tasting the cuisine much less here in the states. I am a very picky eater to say the least.
