Topic: Stone Temple Pilots Or Velvet Revolver!!!

In my opinion.....as a musician.....I think Stone Temple Pilots would've made it a LOT further in a career than Velvet Revolver. Not saying Velvet isn't a good band, I just think the lead singer from STP never should've left STP!!! What band do you think is better?????

I like STP because they have more variety in their music. If you took the vocal tracks out of their songs than you wouldn't know it was STP playing at all. But Velvet Revolver was straight up rock all the way around. I do like STP better, but i'm also a fan of Slash, who i idolized growing up =)

Scott Weiland is a MUSICAL GENIUS!!!! I had sooooo many awesome memories with STP!!!! Especially in High School!!!! LOVE That band!!! And for their memory I'm listening to Sourgirl......LOVE that song!!!!
