Topic: i won the lottery? | |

Yes, same with me....i won three million on the yahoo lottery, just got that in email this morning. It's the same nigerian scam started in 02. mark it as spam, I have dealt with yahoo many times about scammers and they are pretty good to answer. Not sure which email service you are using but i'm sure there is an option to report it. |

They will hold the money for you. You will need to give them a holding fee which will release the funds to you. Never happens, they take the money and run.
Their english has improved. It used to be Nigerian princes who could barely talk straight. You don't need to change your passwords but blocking the sender is a good idea. They probably know you read it with a return receipt on their email. |

It is a scam - I learned the hard way! They even sent me a 'cashiers' check. I deposited it and then drew against it and then came to find out that it was a phony. I had to replace the money I drew and then the bank closed my account. It is a scam. Please be very careful
