Little doubt this is the culprit. You have problems with cranial pressure?

I have a lot of nerve damage in my head so I really don't feel much as far as pain goes, but yes occassional pressure but not often.

unfortunately im not sure what sort of treatment they would be able to offer for such a thing. Possibly some for of counseling. Kinda relearning emotional responses. Hey, at least you'd make people feel better by mimicking them...

BTW you rock! Just wanted to let you know. drinker

Fear, I have trouble crying. I am still empathetic but can't and seem not to know how to handle in person interaction. granted I take a beta blocker that inhibits my ability to produce adrenalin, but do you think that maybe the same kind of thing happened after your brain injury? I have been dead too and have had 2 strokes and a heartattack due to self harm. Maybe your body hasn't the ability to produce adrenalin or some other emotion related chemical? Just a thought. Maybe a blood work up might help? Hope this might help in some way but know you are not alone.flowerforyou

Like I said I'm going to seek some form of counseling but am unsure of how they will react to my condition. I'm slowly relearning emotional responses on my own, which is nothing new to me because I had to relearn who I was after my accident. No my friend, you rock! Keep those guns and never let anyone take them away from you.drinker

I know I don't produce enough adrenalin, I produce some but not in the amount the body should produce. I have had doctors tell me I need to take something for it but I never did because I don't like to take anything that will alter my natural body chemistry. I've also been told to get blood work done, but that was for an unrelated reason.

I know that no one likes to take stuff, but sometimes when the body is injuried, it helps to have alittle help.

I hear yea on the body chemistry. No one likes to be dependent on medication. but if you are having problems, and taking apill will help you function normally it would be worth it wouldn't it? Anyway, some sort of Norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor will probably be of use to you. They boost your body's availability of adrenalin.
