I have no illusion of caring....you already made it clear about NOT caring for people that go to work for YOUR company.....What I hope happens is that you take a look at your behavior toward the new people........Believe it or not I care for them and even you, thats brought it to your attention.

I know people like this is real life. They want everyone to believe they are all knowing and all seeing. I am the plant superintendant of one of my company's operations. If I had an attitude like this I would have been long gone. If any of my employees had an attitude like this I would have no problem re-establishing who was boss

Ok guys and gals, i need you to listen up here. We simply are not going to tolerate personal attacks. Now this isn't the first time we have had a new member deactivate due to ganging up and abrasive/attacking/insulting remarks. This has been before the Admins and this is the decision of the mods and Admins. Participating in a thread in a way that is designed to belittle other members or forming a gang against those members will not be permitted. The forum rules apply and we will enforce them. Now, that being said, we do not want to issue suspensions but we will if we have to.
Please, and folks i mean please help us avoid that. We allow you guys a lot of freedoms, please treat our new members with respect. If you disagree with a topic, thats fine, but you can voice your opinions without attacking.
