Yeah it was a bit depressing. So still doing more work on the new house. Seems to be turning into a big project now. My Aunt was talking about getting a gazebo today, but didn't have anything to haul it in.

Got a new washer/dryer and fridge that are going to be delivered next Saturday. I'm starting to wonder if we're ever going to actually move in though.

I am planning some remodeling next winter...I got burned out on my previous house...so when I moved last fall I said I would wait....now its bugging me...but its summer almost and I want to play I like to make it my own

I'm a pretty big procrastinator when it comes to that stuff. I'll plan to death before I actually do anything. It's a good thing we have some more motivated people who are definitely on top of it. That's all I can say.

I am good at it, and pretty quick... Ive done two houses...the last was so big I had to hire a contractor to help
