This is a favorite of mine. A 5 to 6 inch piece of salmon works best. Cut the salmon not quite in half so it's like a hoggie bun. Then I layer with butter wrap in foil and grill untill it's 3/4 done. While the salmon is cooking I saute uncooked baby shrimp, small pieces of crab, clams, diced onions and chopped mushrooms, fresh ones work best. Scoop part of the salmon out from the inside and place the sauted stuff in the center and cook back on the grill. When it's finished I put cheese on it and serve up. It's very filling. You can also do it in an oven and I am going to try it in my smoker one of these days. I hope you enjoy it.

I like smoked salmon (Nova Scotia LOX) on a hard roll or on a french baguette..mmmhhh

bagels, add butter, broil for about 2 minutes, then slather with cream cheese and add some smoked lox......mmmmmmmm
