My question for the evening is: why do cousins subs smell so good, but taste like sh!t? I never quite figured it out. And a philly beef n swiss is not supposed to have red sauce on it! Yuk! Totally F up a good sandwich. Crazy.

A philly beef n swiss normally is sliced thin beef piled on a white hoagie bun with melted swiss, fried onions and green peppers. Italian red sauce is a chunky tomato sauce with too much corn syrup in it. Sweet like shrimp cocktail sauce. That sandwich and that sauce should never meet. Its like dipping sardines in peanut butter.
