Guy takes a lady to his apartment for the first time, gives her the tour that ends in the bedroom.

They start to make out end up naked, and she watches as he folds each item of clothing.

She says "your a professional" to which he smiles and says yes, goes to the bathroom and washes his hands, she says "you must be a doctor" a dentist he corrects. and climbs into bed.

After she tells him you must be an excellent dentist, his chest swells and he asks why yes how'd you know?
