I think its artificial vanilla, cloves can help to, I have oragel stuff it helped but OWIEZ!! its a wisdom tooth my jaw is swelling a bit Is it crowning or still under the gums?

It takes a bit, but it usually works. Maybe the caffeine or something? I don't really know.

Oh. I was lucky..had mine removed some time ago. Went in for something else and they figured while they were in there, might as well take those too.

All I know is I have a couple of bad teeth and I use that method whenever they hurt.
