Any store carries it. I got it at CVS. I was having trouble sleeping and it really seemed to do the trick for me  do you know any sites that sell it, i dont think we have it here in the uk not really, maybe GNC or any type of health store probably would ok thanks, ill look in a health shop this week Im leary about those things but my doctor actually suggested it thats why i tried it. I only took it for a few nights and then when i caught up on my sleep i stopped

We used it for my youngest daughter to help her sleep and to calm her down. She is ADHD and under 5, so they couldn't put her on anything then. It helped but she became immune to it after awhile.
