How can someone send a request to be friends...if I have them on BLOCK...

All my BLOCKS are blocked....but 1 seems to have gotten thru..

Is there not a way to make sure that if a post gets moved that "ALL" replies to it "MOVE" with it?????

I will just decline..and reblock..but was just curious as ..since I had to block again..I don't want to have to go with the ordeal of abuse then block..
