my friend from high school sent me a link to a video on youtube. wow it is crazy how the past comes to haunt you...

not dirty but funny !!

That's cool. Not really anybody left from High School days I talk to anymore. Most have moved on to bigger and better things.

there are only a few that would ever talk to. she made me laugh my a$$ off. ah the sunset strip, clubs, the rainbow and memories!!

i'm amazed anyone'd still talk to their high school classmates. i've pretty much severed ALL ties with anyone from that wretched time in my life after about six months.

Took me a bit longer than that. I roomed with a few of them for a couple of years. Needless to say, won't be getting into another one of those situations anytime soon.

i remember bumping into a classmate while i was in college back in the day. she came up and said "hi", while all i could do was tilt my head to the side and go "huh?". i had honestly forgotten who she was, and I had only graduated from high school about a year earlier.

and THEN it dawned on me- she was "lil' miss popular" (head of the cheerleading squad, the dance squad, AND was the class president) and had treated me like a sub-human as a result of her exalted status. that business made me want to remember who the hell she was even less.

needless to say, her transition from being the high school sweetheart to college student was not a graceful one, as she was reduced to another lowly freshman.

it's also no surprise that i throw out any mailers about high school reunions or classmates.com crap, too. i have no interest in "reuniting" with anyone from that joke of a high school i went to.

i only wanted to see if all of the cheerleaders got big!

a girl decided to cut in front of me and wreck my car 1 week before the reunion and i could not go !

Maybe that just means you weren't meant to.

yes i would have been hateful to all of the people who were not nice to me. the divorce was just final at that time and i was a ragin biach ... well you know. LOL

not now though!! LOL well to some people i still am.

I'm an equal opportunity hater myself.

nah i am pretty chill with people . Unless they mess with family or close friends.

Well I don't usually start anything. But it takes me a while to get friendly with people. I generally don't trust them.

i trust until it is broken. not everyone is the same, not fair to treat someone different because of the past.

That's a good way to look at it I guess. I was just taught that respect should be earned.

i think that they are different. if you trust and they dont break that trust is that not respect?

I suppose so. I just tend to be cautious with everybody.

i think that i have missed out on a lot because of that very thing. i am trying to get better.
who knows.
ok my eyes are burning like crazy. i have to get some sleep. job fair tomorrow. crap !
